From Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese, this is a hand-crafted washed rind cow's milk cheese that is similar to Swiss Mutchli. It is a mild creamy cheese with light lactic and buttery flavours, with ample garlic and chives speckled throughout. It is delicately aged on cedar wood planks adding robust flavors to the cheese. 

All of the milk used comes from the Gunn’s Hill family dairy farm in Southwestern Ontario. Excellent for serving on its own, but also has wonderful melting qualities. It pairs well with lighter sweet drinks like our Rhubarb Kombucha or sparkling wine.
